2. Collection and Processing
We process personal data that you voluntarily provide during registration and while using our platform. This includes, in particular, your email address, first name, last name, and telephone number. Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and, where you have given your explicit consent, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
3. Disclosure to Piraeus Securities S.A.
As part of facilitating investment services, we disclose your contact details to Piraeus Securities S.A., 10 Stadiou Street, 10564 Athens, Greece. Piraeus Securities S.A. will contact you to assist with the opening of your account. The disclosure is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and Article 49(1)(a) GDPR in connection with cross-border data transfers within the European Union. Piraeus Securities S.A. is supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) and operates in Germany in cooperation with BaFin (BaFin ID 10164903).
4. Retention Period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or for as long as statutory retention periods require. Once the relevant purpose no longer applies, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You may lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authority.
